Sourcing

sourcingWhile we are continually sourcing new and exciting product to add to our portfolio, we offer a bespoke sourcing programme for your company. Why invest in expensive buying teams and far east offices, when we already have the infrastructure in place? If you have specific product requirements, we can source these lines for you. Just contact your sales representative with your wish list, and we will come back with different options for you to consider.

We can QA test, brand, package and import these lines, for you, to your specification.

FOB/DDP Imports

sourcingIf you want to have greater control over your costs, or are looking for a cheaper service option, we can arrange for your goods to be sold on FOB or DDP import terms. This means that you can ship your goods from source in china, or have a container delivered directly to your warehouse from the UK port. This will give you a cost saving, as RKW don't have any warehouse costs to worry about. There are differences in the way we would set up these deals, and the currency will change, but we can handle this for you, and even show you how to do it. Again, just ask.

Quality Assurance

Quality AssuranceRKW pride ourselves on our attitude and investment in QA. We strive to ensure that our products are produced to the best possible standards, and that they will last as the consumer would expect. We have a purpose built testing facility on site, and have processes in place for sample testing, batch control, and fault investigation. As part of this process, we ensure that we record full details of product waste packaging, and WEEE requirements, so that we fulfill our environmental obligations too.

We know however, that the nature of our product range means that sometimes things can go wrong if it goes faulty. We understand the implications this can have on how your company is seen by consumers. We go to great lengths to ensure that all of our products are safe and tested to all of the legal requirements, and that this is all backed up by documentation and a QA team who you can speak to with any queries.

We provide full product liability insurance, so in the unlikely event of one of our products causing any damage to property or persons, we will take the hassle away from you, and deal with the problems directly.

In short, we provide a full QA service, where we take responsibility for what we are doing.

Logistics

LogisticsAs part of SVG, the group own a Logistics Company, called Connextions Logistics. This allows for great flexibility and control, over deliveries into our customers, as we have our own range of vehicles to suit your needs. In addition, we work closely with a selection of other hauliers, to ensure that we can meet 99% of your delivery requirements, be it single pallets, or multiple full loads.

As part of Connextions, we can provide storage for you if required, either of product which you purchase from us, or for goods which you may have overstocks of for example.

If you are interested in drop shipping, or need urgent samples/store deliveries, we also work with 3 dedicated parcel couriers, each proving varied services, from times next day deliveries, to cheaper 3-5 day services. We can provide track and trace online, links to the couriers website, and some even take photographs of the delivery points to prove that they have been delivered!

Product design, Packaging and Channel Management:

Product designRKW can offer a wide range of product support. We will always ensure that you have the best quality product at the best prices, but we can offer the best packaging, rich media files, quality images, product manuals and customer service too.

To ensure that you can remain competitive, RKW can offer you your own packaging, using one of our registered brands, or using one of your own brands, to offer some exclusivity and difference on our product range. We can also source and brand product at your request, to your specification.

We keep our standard packaging and product range fresh and this is updated every 12-24 months, to ensure that our goods don't get tired, and we stay ahead of competition.

Customer Services

Customer ServicesAs the importer of several brands, we have a legal obligation to ensure that our products are fit for purpose. We also understand that consumers may have questions which you cannot answer, so we provide websites with FAQ sections for our brands, and we provide support lines, where customers can report faults, and get help and advice and spares and accessories for our products.

We also offer dedicated sales co-ordinators, for our trade accounts. This ensures that you will have dedicated people, who you can build relationships with, who will be experts in your requirements. These people will provide you with trade sales support, arrange deliveries, take and process orders, answer questions/queries, whatever you need. On top of this, you will be able to speak to your field sales representative, who will visit you regularly, to provide support, and introduce our latest deals and offers.

Drop Shipping/Direct Dispatch:

Drop ShippingWe will be your warehouse!! If you don't want the hassle of storing product, picking, packing wrapping and dispatching , let us do it for you. You can select a range of product, advertise it on your website, send us the order, and we will do the rest. We can dispatch via 3 methods of carrier, direct to your customers home address, no hassle for you.

To make things easier, we provide full IT support, and file transfer processes, where we can send files to you, to use on your website, with our entire product range, and you can send us your orders electronically by return. With our new website, you can even create your own file, and just select the products you are most interested in.

We have many ways of providing this service, and while the product will cost you a fraction more than wholesale prices, we take all the hassle out of it.

Rework and mail order

mail orderDo you need that WOW price roundall adding to each product, or your latest offer document putting inside the box? From price stickers, changing the carton quantity, adding or removing packaging, mail order boxing/bagging etc, we can rework your order, to your specification.

All you need to do, is specify at time of quoting, what you need, provide us with the details, and we will confirm the price, and lead time for you. This can be a one off requirement, or the way you do your business, its no problem for us either way!

IT

mail orderIn addition to our drop ship services, and file management, we can work with you on any bespoke software solution you need us to use. We have experience with Kewill, and various EDI processes, and we use a solution called Microsoft Navision. Our Field Sales team are all equipped with our "Sales Database" which allows them to take orders, see up to date stock levels, and show you your order status, and sales history, plus account balance and much more.

In our Showroom, we can take live orders, show you live stock, and again, can assist in managing your order book all at the touch of a button..

Don't like IT, don't worry – we can perform just as well using more traditional methods, and we still have a fax machine just in case!
