Payment & Delivery

Depending on your method of trade, RKW can offer a variety of payment and delivery options.

For Drop ship customers, delivery can me made next day, on specific days, or goods can be made available for collection by your nominated carrier. For wholesale/retail outlets, goods can be delivered on pallets, in single or multiple, or delivered by parcel courier for smaller orders. Deliveries can be made 24 hours 7 days a week, with advance booking notification, into specific DC's or direct to store.

RKW offer credit accounts for customers who are approved by our credit insurers, and customers can trade within these limits. Where credit accounts are not authorised, or customers are new to RKW, we ask for pro-forma, or payment on delivery, until some trade history is available to present back to the insurance companies.
