What should I do if the product images on this web-site are not sufficient for my needs?
RKW Operates its own mini photographic studio and we will be more than happy to take a new image for you.  Please contact your Sales Coordinator, Account Manager or e-mail sales@rkwltd.com to request a new image.  Please ensure that when asking for an image you tell us as much as possible about what you need, including: product code, resolution needed and any specifics relating to how you would like to see the product posed.  It will often help us to make sure your image reaches you in good time if you can also mention your e-mail attachment receiving size limit at the time of requesting.

I requested an image but have had nothing back yet?
RKW's Photographic operation is relatively small so please do be patient.  However if you re-quested your image more than 2 working days ago please contact the person you originally asked for this to check that it has not been lost in the post.

My e-mail does not allow me to receive large attachments, how can I get my new images once they are produced?
In this case please make sure that you tell us about your e-mail attachment receiving size limit when requesting your image(s).  We will either use an online service to send you a link you can use to download your image(s) or post a CD out to you with them on.

I would like to get lifestyle shots of products bought from RKW, how do I go about doing this?
RKW Is unable to produce lifestyle photography for its products however does hold some already for certain products, these will be on our web-site and available for download. If you feel that a product which does not already have this style of photography available really needs it to make the impact you want please discuss this need with your Account Manager.

My web-site requires me to upload all images multiple times following specific naming constraints and image sizes etc?
We will be happy to help by preparing your images for you, please contact your Sales Coordinator, Account Manager or e-mail sales@rkwltd.com detailing how you need your images to be prepared and which products you are working with and we will get the images prepared and with you as quickly as possible.
