We also understand that consumers may have questions which you cannot answer, so we provide websites with FAQ sections for our brands, and we provide support lines, where customers can report faults, and get help and advice and spares and accessories for our products.

We also offer dedicated sales coordinators, for our trade accounts. This ensures that you will have dedicated people, who you can build relationships with, who will be experts in your requirements. These people will provide you with trade sales support, arrange deliveries, take and process orders, answer questions/queries, whatever you need. On top of this, you will be able to speak to your field sales representative, who will visit you regularly, to provide support, and introduce our latest deals and offers.
